Clinical Supervision and Consultation

As a practicing social worker, I understand the importance and ethics of having a qualified supervisor. It is important to the profession that mental health providers are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver competent and ethical services. Equally important to the profession is the responsibility to protect clients. Supervision and consultation are vital parts of training and learning in the field. My goal as a clinical supervisor is to provide support, trust, constructive feedback, and safety to practicing social workers.
