What I Offer
I incorporate a variety of evidence-based approaches into my work, tailoring therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy—some people benefit from short-term, focused work, while others may find that longer-term therapy provides the space they need for deeper exploration and lasting change.
Together, we’ll determine the focus, frequency, and length of treatment based on what feels most helpful for you. We’ll use the first several sessions to get to know one another, understand what brings you to therapy, and develop a plan that fits your needs and goals.

Parenting can feel overwhelming when challenging behaviors become frequent sources of conflict—especially when your child has ADHD. I offer Parent Management Training (PMT) for caregivers of children ages 5–11, providing practical, evidence-based strategies to better understand ADHD-related behaviors and respond to challenges such as tantrums, defiance, impulsivity, and emotional dysregulation.
PMT can help you feel more confident managing behavior, strengthen your relationship with your child, and create a more supportive and healthy home environment.

A diagnostic assessment provides a deeper understanding of an individual’s strengths, challenges, and experiences across social, emotional, behavioral, and biological areas. When appropriate, an assessment can help clarify a diagnosis and guide treatment recommendations for you or your child.
Diagnostic assessments are not always necessary and are considered on an individual basis. If an evaluation may be helpful, we’ll discuss the process and determine together whether it fits your needs.
